You must start this quest as a duo. Upon a successful return, he’ll reward you with Cupid’s Core, which leaves only one more material to be obtained.

To obtain Cupid’s Handle, you need to complete another quest from Sweetheart Sam NPC. This quest requires a duo to start. As a duo, you need to find 10 Candles and Lanterns from Valentine’s Island to catch the Box of Chocolates. Then, with your duo, hold the Box of Chocolates near the Wishing Well to turn the water pink. After that, start fishing in it to catch the Love Letter Pike with your duo. Once done, return the Love Letter Pike to Sweetheart Sam to obtain Cupid’s Handle.
