How to Get Meaty Offerings in Diablo 4
The most common method to collect Meaty Offerings is to participate in the Helltide event. While this event is active, enemies will drop Aberrant Cinders once defeated. Use these Cinders to find and unlock Tortured Gift chests, which offer Meaty Offerings as one of the rewards.
Since Meaty Offering is a really rare drop, I kept my options open when it came to participating in Helltide events. Darting between several active Helltide events helped farm Meaty Offerings faster. Another way to collect Meaty Offerings is to complete the Slaughterhouse dungeon, but the drop rate here is rarer than completing Helltide.
How to Use Meaty Offerings
Check your map to find the Shrine of Slaughter, which will appear after clearing a Helltide event. Head over here to get the prompt to hand over Meaty Offerings. Once done, this will start another new event that lets you transform into the Butcher and use the Butcher’s unique skillset to tackle mobs of enemies.
