To obtain the eighth General Customer Token, you need to first time-travel to the 2197 Free Exploration Era, as the Token is not available in the present. On reaching the 2197 Free Exploration Era, follow the steps given below:
- Fast travel to Insula Carcere, present on the left edge of the map on a small island, as shown in the image above.
- On reaching the location, head straight up the stairs towards the black and red door.
- However, you don’t need to enter the door. Instead, take a right turn after climbing the third set of stairs, as shown in the image.
- Inside, you’ll find a Jadwiga’s Minion with an option to interact with it. From the dialogue menu, select the Purchase Item option.
- It will open a shop where you will be able to buy General Customer Token 8 in exchange for 5,960 haze.
