Key Points
- You need to unlock and explore Skywatcher Plateau to get the quest related to the 12-slot bag.
- In particular, you need to speak to Yorn Grimtotem to get the quest that will give you the Spidersilk Pouch.
- You can get this quest quite early in the game and get an inventory space boost here.
You can easily miss out on a handful of quests that will improve your playthrough’s QoL in WoW Forever. If you are looking for more inventory space, then you need to seek out a peculiar NPC all the way up north at Skywatcher Plateau. The game doesn’t really point the way up there and also doesn’t tell you who to talk to, so you need to figure all that out on your own.

How to Unlock the 12 Slot Bag
To get the 12 slot bag, you need to seek out Yorn Grimtotem at Skywatcher Plateau. If you haven’t unlocked this area yet, you need to clear the Excavation Site: Wetlands dungeon and collect the Titan Relic after completing the Earthen Echo quest. Then, the quest objective will point you towards Thunder Bluff to find the Elder Rise and give the item to them.
You need to make your way to the northern edge of Thunder Bluff to find a path that will take you to Skywatcher Plateau. You can use the map above as a reference for where you need to start. Eventually, you will reach a clearing with a few NPCs inside huts. Speak to the one called Yorn Grimtotem to start the Stronger than Steel quest.
Stronger Than Steel Quest Guide
The quest objective for this particular quest states that you need to gather 3 crystalline silk strands from Gloomrise Spinners. Before you begin, I recommend picking up the other two quests in the same area, namely the Talkin’ bout Toxins, Mon, and Defending the Dead quests. These quests detail defeating various types of Gloomrise enemies, so you can complete all quests in one area and collect more rewards.
Make your way to the marked area just north of where you picked up the quest and defeat the Gloomrise enemies here. Eventually, you will collect the 3 crystalline silk strands, which can be handed over to Yorn back at the campsite. While accepting your reward, you can pick one between the following options.
- Spidersilk Sack – 10-slot reagent bag.
- Spidersilk Pouch – 12-slot bag.
And that is how you can collect a 12-slot bag by accepting the Spidersilk Pouch as your main reward. As for the other rewards as part of the quest, you can earn 25 silver coins and a crystal thread cloak.
