How to Complete the Canon Cannon Quest
The Canon Cannon quest is a hidden quest that you can pick up while exploring the new region, the Royal Highlands. I encountered this quest by chance while exploring the run-down cylinder at E9. If you can’t find it, walk along the shoreline to find a large, broken cylinder. You can reach this location by making your way up the top of the hill, right on the western edge of E9.
From there, glide further west to find the cylinder. Enter the castle through the opening on the roof and drop down to find a dirt mound at the bottom. Interact with the dirt mound to search it and start the Canon Cannon quest. For the quest, you need to locate 4 pedestals and water them. You can get out of the tower by climbing up the ladder against the wall or using the unstuck option to revert to your previous location.
All Pedestal Location

You will find all four pedestals within the same area. To find the first one, from your location on top of the hill, glide down a bit to the west. The exact location is at the easternmost corner of D9. Once you find the pedestal, bring out your watering can and use it to complete the first objective.
The second pedestal isn’t too far from your previous location. From there, glide towards the southern section at D10. Right in the northern section of D10 is where the pedestal is, so use your watering can again. The third pedestal is directly to the north, right in the middle of D9.
As for the final pedestal, you need to travel further east, towards C9. You will reach a ruin and a brick wall around the last pedestal. Use your watering can here as well, then head back to the broken tower and investigate the dirt pile. You can collect the Petrified Seed from within. Hand over the seed to Binnie to complete the quest.
