Key Points
- After obtaining the Hospital Staff Elevator Keycard, you can use the elevator to reach the third floor.
- Over here, you need to collect 3 Anomaly Experiment Clues and feed them to the cameras on the 2nd floor.
- Doing so will unlock the third ending of the quest called Medical Abomination.

How to Get Ending 3 in Nameless Hospital Quest Neverness to Everness
After completing ending 1, you receive the Hospital Staff Elevator Keycard. This allows access to upper floors to gather items for ending 3. To find the elevator, from the spawn point, go left through the doorway and turn right. Opposite the doorway the entity walks through is the elevator. Enter and press floor 3F to start locating items for Medical Abomination.
Anomaly Experiment Clue 2 Location
Right after you exit the lift, interact with the blue canister on the right to pick up the North District Key. Enter the doorway beside it and take the door on the right. Take the second door on the right and interact with the item on the counter to get Anomaly Experiment Clue 2. I also picked up the Jigsaw – Type I item in the blue canister right beside the clue.
Anomaly Experiment Clue 3 Location
Exit the room and go left. After entering this room, interact with the large white table in the middle of the room to place the Jigsaw – Type I item. Defeat the enemies in the room, then go back down the same corridor where you had picked up Anomaly Experiment Clue 2 and Jigsaw – Type I.
But instead of entering the room again, head straight to the end of the corridor and turn right. Enter the first door on your right and investigate the item on the table to get Anomaly Experiment Clue 3.
Keychain – Office Location
Head back to the table room and use the door beside the water cooler to exit down the corridor. At the end of the corridor, to your left, is a broken clock. Interact with it to get Key – South District, then enter the door ahead and go right to find another door.
For the next part, I realised that I had to be quick on my feet, as the room would automatically kick me out if I lingered too long in here. Go through the door and pick up the Keychain – Office from the left side cabinet.
Anomaly Experiment Clue 4 Location
Head back out and go all the way to the end. Enter the door here and go right, then enter the door on the right. Again, you need to be quick and get the item before you get kicked out. In this room, check out the table on the left side to pick up Anomaly Experiment Clue 4.
Place the Clues
Return to the elevator and head down to 2F. Go right and go behind the main lobby front desk on the left. Get through the door behind the desk to enter the camera room. Place all the Anomaly Experiment Clues into the cameras to unlock Ending 3 – Medical Abomination.
