When it comes to completing the To-Do list in Burglin’ Gnomes, there are a handful of tasks that you need to complete before you die or plan to exfil. Doing them is a requirement for the game, so time is not on your side here. How to Find the Bathroom
If flushing items is a task on your to-do list, then you need to get right on it. Completing this task is quite simple, as long as you get to the bathroom quickly before being spotted. In case you haven’t located the bathroom yet, it’s commonly found inside the old man’s bedroom or near the living area.
I found it easier to enter the bathroom using the pipe that leads directly to it. To find this pipe, head outside and walk around the sides of the house until you find a grey pipe. Press E to jump into it, after which you will be left standing on the toilet seat.
Another way to find the bathroom is to enter through the window and make your way straight to it. To know what window I’m talking about, while outside and facing the house, turn left and go down the side path. You will spot the cellar door on the floor, and some vines you can grab onto beside it.
Climb up the vines towards the window, open it, then hop down. Then, either enter the kitchen to the side or go straight ahead to the living area. You will find the bathroom to your left.
How to Use the Toilet and Flush Items
Whenever I got this task, the first thing I did was find a lightweight item to flush down the toilet, like a utensil or a ball. If you are lucky, you will find something to toss within the bathroom itself. Check the bathroom sink and countertops to find flushable items.
After that, quickly run to the bathroom and drop the item into the toilet bowl. To flush the toilet, look to the side of the cistern to find the flush handle and pull it to draw the water into the bowl. If done correctly, this task will be checked off your list, and you are free to complete the rest of the tasks.
Other Uses for the Toilet
Sometimes, I would find other tasks that required the use of the toilet, such as using it to travel through the sewage system. If you are unsure of how to complete this task, all you need to do is make your way to the bathroom and flush yourself down the toilet instead.
Jump onto the toilet seat and flush the toilet first, then hop into the toilet bowl while the water is spinning around to go through the sewage system. Check your task list right after to find this objective checked out too.

You will require 5 smaller items, such as several small toys or utensils. If you can’t find too many items, then one big item, like a teddy bear or pillows, will also work. Toss these items into the toilet bowl and flush it to flood the toilet. Do not use the plunger anytime during this task, as this will remove all the items in the bowl.
I can’t reach the toilet bowl. What do I do?
You can hoist yourself up to the toilet bowl by using your hands, or get on top of the bathroom sink and jump across instead.

Have your friends distract the old man while you complete this task, or kill the old man for an easier time.
