Start by picking up Renee’s notice from the board in Hernand, then head over to her at the Butchery. After speaking with her, she’ll give you the Fish Porridge recipe along with enough ingredients to complete the task five times (with a little margin for error).

Next, open your inventory and locate the recipe in your crafting manual. You must examine the recipe by holding the required input (CTRL on keyboard or LB on controller). 

Once that’s done, head to the nearby bonfire just outside Renee’s shop. Interact with it, select the cooking option, and make sure you switch to the Field Pot Cooking tab. From there, select Fish Porridge and set the quantity to 3x. Double-check your ingredients before confirming:

• 3x Water
• 1x Grain (lentils, peas, or beans)
• 2x Fish Fillet
• 1x Salt

After cooking, you’ll get the required dishes. Simply return to Renee and hand them over to complete the request.
