Where to Find Deflated Footballs and Bicycle Pumps
Initially, as part of the Legacy quest, you will be taken to the Water Tower in Dam Battlegrounds to locate the items. If the map is overrun by players ready to shoot you down, then there are a few other options to consider.
- I found out that residential complexes in the Dam Battlegrounds, like the Pale Apartments or Ruby Residency, offer a few pumps and footballs randomly stashed away.
- While checking the inside of the apartment complex, I had maximum luck looking around for bikes lying around, as they almost always had a pump nearby.
- As for footballs; tables, beds, and inside cabinets and shelves within the apartment rooms is what I would recommend you to look at.
- If there’s nothing in Dam Battlegrounds, the next best place I found is to head over to Stella Montis’ Cultural Archives.
- This is a great place to find bike pumps on top of furniture, machinery, and some of the carts laying around.
- If both of the above locations fail, then head over to the apartments at Buried City to find pumps and footballs.
