    Perform Investigations

Once you enter a map, look out for dots on the mini-map; they will lead you to investigation points. When you get to any one of the investigation points, you can earn HP bonus, DMG bonus, Movement bonus, Tech Reroll, Tech Bans, Tech Alteration, Tactical DMG bonus, and many more.

    Complete quests

R.I.P - Reincarnation Insurance Program Quests

The best way to get your hands on early Mythic (Tier 1) rarity gear is by completing quests. Quests can be finished off quickly, as many of them are related to miscellaneous challenges. Do take a look at the early challenges that you can prioritize to earn a Tier 1 Mythic for early runs.

    Picking Ability Points

Investing in ability nodes that offer Rare or Epic Tech Drops will make your Divine Tech selection better in combat. The higher the rarity of the Divine Tech, the better it performs on the battlefield. While the rarity of Divine Tech might not look useful at first, in the latter difficulty, Divine Tech is a lifesaver.

    Use Tech Ban

R.I.P - Reincarnation Insurance Program Divine Tech Roll Bans

When you level up in combat, you are allowed to choose between three Divine Techs. If you want to focus on a specific Divine Tech element (Corrosive/ Frost/ Inferno/ Lightning/ Explosive) or want to get a Mythic Divine Tech from one element, then use Ban to ban the useless Divine Techs from the selection.

First, use Alter to shuffle through the Divine Tech element (Corrosive/ Frost/ Inferno/ Lightning/ Explosive) until you find the one that fits your build. Here, use Ban to restrict two Divine Techs, and then use Reroll repeat the same action until few tech remain in the selection window. Now you can concentrate on the specific Divine Techs without wasting your points.

    Dismantle Gear

Talk to Artisan and dismantle almost all gear unless they are Mythic variety. Dismantling gear will help you obtain Basic and Advanced Essence, required for reforging. Once you reach Tier 3 weapon drop (By unlocking Risk Level 5), you can dismantle your previous tier sets (Tier 1 and 2 )or sell them to get credits.

    Reset Abilities

If you are not happy with the current build, then you can always reset ability points to try for something new. If you found yourself relying more on Weapon DMG than Chase or Tactical damage, then you can reset and invest all ability points on Weapon category and leave the rest empty. Make sure to choose abilities that will help you with your playstyle.

    Use Divine Pacts

If you are setting your eye on Risk Level 6 map completion, then use Divine Pacts on your set to get the best out of them. Divine Pacts will help elevate your build by adding a few new, extremely useful skill perks. Do take a look at the guide that explores how to use Divine Pacts. Then you can focus on which Divine Pacts are more suited for your overall build.

    Reforge Your Gear

Always reforge the gear attributes that don’t go towards your build. If you prefer Lightning or Frost, then you can get rid of any Corrosive-related skill or perk bonus. By reforging, you can swap the Corrosive skill with the Frost or Lightning category. Reforge will require you to spend Basic and Advanced Essence, along with a handful of Credits.

Focus on Movement Speed Divine Techs

When you are doing endgame runs, always pick up anything related to Movement Speed, as they will help you incredibly on the battlefield. So you can keep firing at the enemy while dodging their homing projectiles without taking damage. Don’t skip Movement Speed unless you are planning to tank the damage.

    Use Warehouse

R.I.P. - Reincarnation Insurance Program Divine Pact use

Unlock the warehouse by accessing the Storage box to help you transfer the gear to other characters. If you found a sniper rifle and your character can’t use it, then store the weapon in the warehouse. So it can be accessed by other characters in the game. Once you are getting Mythic sets, do consider removing anything less than Mythic out of the Warehouse to clear space.

    FAQs

How long does an average match last in R.I.P – Reincarnation Insurance Program?

Around 15 minutes for the completion of the entire map. If you have good gear, then you can certainly complete it quickly. But as for the early run, be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes in the combat sections.

Should I farm Mythic gear early in the game?

Unlock Risk Level 5, then you can start your farming for Mythic gear. Risk Level 1 to 4 will drop only Tier 2 Mythic gear; Tier 3 only shows up after you unlock Risk Level 5. Don’t invest too many resources in lower-tier gears; save them for the endgame builds.

Is there any penalty upon death?

No, you will not lose anything upon death. All the items you picked up and Character Career Experience will be in your inventory after death. So you can rest easy and farm for gears, even if you are aware of what awaits at the end.
