How to Get Potion of Charm

You need to acquire the Potion of Charm to attract pets to you. There are several variations of this potion, like the Faint, High Purity, or Concentrated versions. Whichever version you have, they will work in attracting pets. If you don’t have this potion, you can either craft it or acquire it through quest rewards.
To craft the basic version of this potion, which is the Faint Potion of Charm, you will require 3x Refined Glass and 3x Concentrated Sap. You can buy these items from any merchant. Once crafted, consume it from your bag.
How to Use the Potion of Charm
After consumption, you will notice a highlighted area in front of you. Walk around to find any creatures within your nearby vicinity and hover the highlighted area over them. If they can be captured, they will start glowing. Creatures that can’t be captured will not glow.
How to Capture Pets

To capture a monster, right-click on it to have the creature drop dead. This will turn them into an item that you can collect. The more potent your potion is, the higher the success rate. If you fail, they will be stunned and try to attack you. If this happens, you cannot capture them as a pet, and you should defeat them or run away instead.
To check out which pets you can capture, hit pause and select the Special Codex option in the menu. Select each box on the right to get a preview of the pets available. Next to each pet name, you will get a notification on whether they can be captured or received as a reward. There are four categories of pets: Ride, Glide, Fly, and Summon.
