How to Get More Syringe Analyzers
I found that the only way to get more syringe analyzers is to send more people to the Science Truck after declaring an evac. While checking the reward pool for the Military Truck and the Science Truck, you will find that the Science Truck will offer 1x Syringe Analyzer refill for 5 people sent to the truck. You will unlock more refills if you send 14, 16, and 22 people to the Science Truck.
How to Use Syringe Analyzers
Once the new day started, I had to remind myself to pick up any new Syringe Analyzer refills from the table near the main gate. You will find it within the area where you scan new people for infections. Once you have your refills, press 0 to bring up the Syringe Analyzer. Aim at the suspect to draw a sample from them to determine if they are clean or not.
