How to Get Ratau’s Staff and Cloak if Ratau is Dead
First, head over to the pier in Woolhaven and speak to the Fox. He will ask you to hand over any Rotten Follower. Once done, the Fox will give you Ratau’s Cloak. You need to wear the cloak and speak to Sariel the Resolute. He will recognize the cloak and hand over Ratau’s Staff for safekeeping.
How to Get Ratau’s Staff and Cloak if Ratau is Alive
Speak to the Fox and get Ratau’s staff after giving him a Rotten Follower. Then, head over to the Lonely Shack to speak to Ratau. He will challenge you to a game of Knucklebones, which is a game of chance. If you win, you get to collect Ratau’s Cloak from him personally.
