At level 5 in the Research tree, you will unlock your first Relic recipe for Jupiter. You will also need the Shaper for low-tier Relic crafting and Arcane Shaper for high-tier Relics. Also, each Relic requires different crafting materials. Further along the Research tree, you will unlock more complex Relic recipes that will require more materials to craft.
How to Use Relics in Alchemy Factory
There are two uses for Relics. You could sell them at your store or convert them to EXP.
- To sell a Relic, unlock a Relic Stand from the Research tree, then craft and place one at your shop. Select the Relic Stand, then place your desired Relic on it to be sold.
- If you have the Knowledge Extractor unlocked, place that at your base and pass the Relic through it to get EXP. The higher the Relic rarity, the higher the EXP earned.

FAQs
Should I sell Relics or convert them to EXP?
Early on, it would be best to convert Relics to EXP to spend on your skill tree. Ultimately, you will end up crafting more expensive items later on that will fetch huge profits, so it is best not to sell Relics unless you are short on cash.
How do I sell higher-tier or larger Relics?
While placing your Relic Stand, press T to enlarge the stand and make it suitable for larger Relics.
When do I unlock Relics?
Your first Relic recipe unlocks at level 5 of the Research tree, and you will get the crafting recipe for Jupiter. More complex Relics will require higher Research levels and more intricate crafting materials.
