Unfortunately, you don’t get an option to move items directly, but you do have several ways to change an item location; including between floors as well.
Alchemy Factory – How to Move Items
There are three ways to move items: using the clone mode, blueprints, or the CTRL+LMB buttons.
To enter clone mode, press B then press the LMB on the items to clone. Press T to cut, then select the location where you wish to paste the item. Don’t forget to delete the original item after the cloning process is complete, unless you wish to keep the original items as they were.
If you have blueprints, you can use them to rebuild a structure at different locations.
If you wish to move items between your storage and inventory, press CTRL+LMB, bulk select the items, and move them. Storages also offer a merge option, which is found on the bottom left corner of the storage menu.

Tips On How to Move Items Between Floors Efficiently
You might have to remove a section of flooring and attach the conveyor lifter to your production line on the top floor.
If that isn’t your vibe, then use Tunnel Conveyors and attach conveyor belts to the ends of the tunnel and lead it outside. This helps save space so you don’t have to clutter the inside of your building.
Another way to move items between floors is to use a catapult. Place a catapult on the top floor and angle it correctly to toss items between floors. This requires a lot of testing, as placing the catapult the wrong way will not create the right path for the products to land on the shelves.
And finally, the most painstaking method of them all is to build stairs, either inside the building or outside. Use the stairs to manually carry items between floors.

Yes, it is recommended to remove a tile or two on your wall or floor to pass a lift or belt through it. If you don’t wish to do that, then Tunnel Conveyors are helpful, but are only used on walls or blocks.

After placing a vertical lift on the floor, line up the bottom arrow by pressing T. This will change the direction of how you wish to use the lift. Then, hold down the LMB and drag upwards to change height. Let go once you are satisfied.
