All Decorative Pokeball Locations in Pokopia Bubby Basin DLC

    By Kirthana KAugust 6, 2026Updated:August 6, 20265 Mins Read

    Key Points

    • After unlocking Misty’s empty gym, you will spot 6 pedestals that need to be filled up.
    • For that, you need to find 6 different Decorative Pokeballs scattered across Bubbly Basin.
    • Using Pokemon with the Search skill, along with the Dowsing Machine, will help you find all 6 Pokeballs.

Pokopia’s Bubbly Basin is home to several surprises, and if you plan to renovate Misty’s gym, you should be on the lookout for several Decorative Pokeballs. Once you have that, you get to restore the gym to its former glory.

How to Get All 6 Decorative Pokeballs

Obtaining all 6 decorative Pokeballs will help unlock the Mermaid’s Gym Habitat. All 6 Pokeballs are found within the new Bubbly Basin region, so you need to unlock that first. After that, you might find them by chance while clearing up the region, or you might have to take a closer look at some of the areas to spot them.

I recommend having a Pokemon with the Search skill in your team, like Sableye, Umbreon, or Dedenne. A Dowsing Machine or the upgraded Neo Dowsing Machine will also be required to find the Pokeballs. Plus, if you have explored most of Bubbly Basin, you would have found some Treasure Maps that will pinpoint where these Pokeballs are.

    Decorative Dive Ball Location

From the main town square, make your way east down the corridor towards Misty’s Gym. Once you stand in front of the gym, look to your left to find some breakable boulders. Enter the secret cave to find the Dive Ball.

    Decorative Heal Ball Location

Make your way to the large red tower and stand in front of it while facing away from the tower. You need to go behind the tower where the yellow building is. Right beside the yellow building are some corals, and right beside the corals is an area you can punch down. Do just that and swim down to find the Heal Ball.

    Decorative Net Ball Location

Head over to the Cerulian Cave exit, which is north of the Pokemon Center, and drop down the ledge outside the exit. Continue to float downwards while sticking to the left corner until you find an open space. Enter the space to find some rail tracks ahead.

Walk on the tracks until you are standing right in between three blue crystals. There will be two on your right and one on your left. From there, float to your right between the two large crystals and break down the wall. Inside the secret cave is where the Net Ball will be.

    Decorative Quick Ball Location

From the main town square, look towards the Bubby Basin entrance. Make your way towards the stairs, but don’t go up them. Rather, look to your right to find some walls to break. Continue straight ahead while breaking down the walls to find the Quick Ball inside an enclosure.

    Decorative Great Ball Location

For this one, make your way to the Pokemon Center and go towards the building right next to the Center. Now, there are two easy ways to reach the Great Ball. You could either enter the building itself and punch the back wall, or walk around the building and go down the passage to the right.

If you plan on heading inside the building, you can punch the entirety of the back wall to reveal a flight of stairs going down. This will reveal a door that leads to the Great Ball.

If you are going around the building, then stop in front of the signboard, look to your right, then start punching the wall to reach the same room.

    Decorative Lure Ball Location

Make your way to the northeastern section of Bubbly Basin, just northeast of the Pokémon Center. You will find a house that is supposed to be Bill’s house. Enter the house and break down some of the walls inside until you find a Portal Pod. Right behind the Portal Pod is a flight of stairs going down. Turn right after reaching the ground floor and break the wall to reveal the Lure Ball.

    FAQs

What do I do after finding all the Decorative Pokeballs?

You are one step closer to building the Mermaid’s Gym habitat inside Misty’s Gym, as you will require a few other materials to complete it.

What else do I need to complete the Mermaid’s Gym habitat?

You will require 1x Marine Sofa and 6x Pedestals or Exhibition Stands. You can either craft the Marine Sofa or find it inside the various Bubbly Basin structures, and Exhibition Stands can also be picked up while locating all 6 Decorative Pokeballs.

Where do I find the Treasure Maps?

The Treasure Maps spawn randomly across Bubbly Basin. You will find them as you keep breaking down structures and revealing new areas.
