    The Best Rime Build in Fellowship

    Fellowship Rime IN Battle Spellcasting
    • Frostbolt: Throw a bolt of magic, dealing 234% intellect damage.
    • Cold Snap: Deal cold at the enemy, dealing 304% intellect damage.
    • Freezing Torrent: Release a beam of frost energy that deals 142% intellect damage for 2 seconds.
    • Bursting ice: Summon an icy crystal inside the target, dealing frost damage, dealsing 55% intellect damage for 3 seconds.
    • Frost Ward: Take 40% reducing damage for 4 seconds.
    • Ice Dash: Cover short distances with a dash.
    • Glacial Blast: Requires 2 Winter Orbs to throw mass ice at the enemy, dealing 990% intellect damage.
    • Ice Comet: costs 2 Winter Orbs, dealing 451% AoE damage to all enemies in the radius.
    • Ice Blitz: Get into the state of focus, dealing 20% damage for 20 seconds.
    • Flight of Navir: Summon 5 Frost Swallows for 20 seconds, use Cold Snap and Freezing Torrent to make these lunge at enemies, dealing 68% intellect damage.
    • Frigid Winds: Release Arctic Winds, knocking back enemies and slowing by 50% for 12 seconds.
    • Winter’s Blessing: Raises spirit by 20% for 20 seconds, and 30% damage dealt is replicated as healing, applying to all of your allies.
    • Wrath of Winter: Grants 1 Winter Orb for 4 seconds, and you deal 25% more damage, and you can release Glacial Blast instantly while this Wrath of Winter, spirit ability is active.

    Best for single-target damage dealing: Flight of Navir, Bursting Ice, Freezing Torrent, or Glacial Blast and Cold Snap.

    Best for AoE damage: Freezing Torrent, Bursting Ice, Cold Snap, and Ice Comet.

    Best Talents for Rime

    • Winter’s Embrace: Makes you deal 20% more damage.
    • Burstbolter: When the Frost Bolt hits, Burstbolter will allow it to release pulsing damage and help you gain two additional Anima.
    • Icy Flow: Improves your Cold Snap with Icy Flow for 8 seconds, lowering the cast time.
    • Avalanche: Ice Comet now has 15% to strike twice and 7% chance to strike three times.
    • Cascading Blitz: Conjure a single Frost Swallow for each Anima you generate during your Ice Blitz episode.
    • Frostweaver’s Wrath: 17% chance to Frostweaver’s Wrath for 12 seconds each time you generate Winter Orbs.

    The best talents are Winter’s Embrace and Burstbolter. If you don’t like Burstbolter, switch to Navir’s Keeper.

    • Intellect: It goes without saying, since most of the abilities will deal intellect-based damage.
    • Haste: Will override your cooldowns, making your casting spell even shorter.
    • Spirit: Lowers the cooldown of your ultimate, and refunds on Winter Orbs.
    • Critical Strike: Adds double damage to your abilities and helps with the Winter’s Blessing healing.
    • Expertise: Raises your damage and healing, a flat line base stat.

    Best Gear for Rime

    • Gear: Skandi’s Sabatons of Endless Winter: Raises stamina, intellect, haste, and spirit.
    • Gear: Drakesblood Tapestry: Freezing Torrent grants Frostwyrm’s Spite that increases your Cold Snap damage.
    • Gear: Eldrin Amulet of Undulating Spirits: Geta 10% chance to make your next ability trigger a Spirit Refund.
    • Weapon: Asha’s Chronoshift Spire: It creates an arcane anomaly, dealing pulse damage to any enemies around your location. While channeling pulse damage, Rime will also get 400% increased CDR and take 50% less damage.
      • Alternative: Voidbringer’s Touch.
    • Relic: Sinbinding Stone: Grants 15% damage reduction to you and your allies.
    • Relic: Grimoire of Resurrection: Revive an ally.
      • Alternatives: Ancient Wardstone, Chalice of Al’zerac’s Essence, Saltwash Elixir, and Ancient Poultry Fetish.

    The best part of Rime is the switch between single-target and AoE damage. You can use Ice Blitz and other skills on a single target and make a switch to Ice Comet for good AoE damage. The versatility mixed with the talent could make Rime a best ranged spellcaster DPS dealer in Fellowship.
