All LORT Classes Explained
Warrior
The Warrior class offers the highest strength and health out of all the classes. With this, you get to focus more on close-range melee combat using swords and axes, perfect for players who prefer to stay in the frontlines. With this class, you get to scale your physical strength and manage hoards quite easily. The warrior is great for people who are:
- Aggressive
- Enjoy solo play
- Beginners
Mage
If you prefer dealing with enemies from a distance, then the Mage is the perfect class for you. The Mage mainly deals elemental damage using the staff, and you get to unlock different spells for each element. Besides dealing damage, you also get to use these spells to teleport or offer support to others. The mage is perfect for players who:
- Like a challenge, since the Mage offers lower health than other classes.
- Participating in battles from a distance.
- Enjoy controlling the battlefield using various abilities.
Ranger
Another ranged class that prefers to use traps and a bow to deal with enemies. The Ranger also specialises in several stealth skills that offer more versatile gameplay. Plus, you get to track your targets more efficiently, which helps you plan surprise attacks and ambushes. Using the Ranger is perfect for players who:
- Enjoy setting up traps and ambushes.
- Prefer to hit enemies from a distance and use stealth.
- Likes to plan and strategize the next move.
Healer
Having a Healer in your team will make all the difference in your gameplay. The Healer is apt for sustaining the health bar of their allies, and they offer various healing consumables and spells to keep the team going. Healers cannot sustain themselves while solo, so they are best used in a team as a support class. Healers are of great use if:
- The preference is to work in a team.
- Prefer to sit back and support teammates.
- Enjoy managing the team’s health and progress.
Tank
Tanks are the heavy-duty defense class that offers a shield to protect their team. While they could be utilized solo, their abilities are best used when playing with others. Although they don’t offer a lot of offensive attacks, they are sure to support and defend their team from external attacks. Tanks are a great pick for players who:
- Enjoy taking damage for their team.
- Help their team push forward through tough situations.
- Are not afraid to lay their life on the line.
Best Class
Personally, I really enjoyed using the Mage and the Warrior for experimenting with my early game playstyle. Once I got the hang of how to play, I moved on to the Ranger class, since it requires more experience to use. While in a team, I preferred using the Tank or the Healer, depending on my team’s requirements. Ultimately, I had to build up my preferred class by unlocking all the right skills to utilize them more efficiently.
