In Anvil, head towards Bonfire in the north. At the Bonfire settlement, check out the vendors to find Equipment Vendor Kukoa.

Head west of Bonfire towards Hammer Rest node and speak to Equipment Vendor Hansa.

Head over to Aven’s End west of the Riverlands spawn point. You will find the Equipment Vendor near the Smithy and Woodshop.

From the Riverlands spawn, head northeast towards Briarmoor Farms and find Gerald Belford, the equipment vendor for the town, to purchase the bag.
