With each mission you pick up in 007 First Light, you are tasked with figuring out the best way to get to the next stage. Once you get to the Command Center, there are two ways to unlock the Utility doorway and gain access to the elevator beyond.

How to Find the Utility Room in the Command Center
For this quest objective, there are two ways to find the Utility room, and both methods are quite easy to do. In case you are stuck on this quest objective, you can do what I did and take your time listening to the staff conversations.
You will hear one of the staff members informing the other about increasing the temperature, and another staff member talking about a new exoskeleton. With all the information collected, you get two different methods to unlock the Utility door.
Method #1
Make your way to the shooting range right beside the NPCs who are in deep discussion about the new exoskeleton. The shooting range in question will have a weapon crate and a lone robot standing in the middle of the stage. Interact with the panel within the shooting range to activate it. Then, pick up a gun from the crate, but don’t shoot yet.
Rather, hack the panel behind the robot using your Q-Lens. This will uncover the passage behind the robot, where you will spot another robot carrying a barrel. Shoot the robot, and it will drop the barrel, which will summon the cleaning robots from the utility room. Stand near the utility doorway and wait for the cleaning robots to return to unlock the door and head inside.
Method #2
Walk around to find a woman performing yoga on a stage. She will comment on how warm the room is. Right in front of this stage is a laptop that you can hack using the Q-Watch and crank up the heat. After the staff on stage has walked away, stun the technician standing nearby. Walk up to the stage, and the robot in front of you will mimic your movement.
Walk a bit further again until the robot reaches the glass wall ahead, then punch the air so that the robot mimics the movement and punches the glass. Get off the stage and through the newly broken wall, then kick the container in front of you aside. This will reveal a panel behind the container that you can activate and unlock the utility door.

What do I do after entering the utility room?
Whichever method you pick to get into the utility room, you still need to unlock the elevator to get to the Command Center. First, use the service pistol on the glitching panel next to the elevator, then pry open the elevator to get the next mission objective.
Can I complete the mission objective by just using one of the two methods to unlock the utility door?
Yes, if you are not looking to complete the First Day at Work challenge, then you can still complete the mission by going ahead with just one of the two methods.
