How to Get the Rainstorm Necklace

The Rainstorm Necklace unlocked very late in the game for me, since I had to follow through several different questlines first before I got to this point. To get the Rainstorm Necklace, you need to complete a series of quests under the Pailune Militia faction. Head over to the Faction Quest page to track all the required quests.
Dark Shadow Engulfing the Fort – Shadows of Beasts
Speak to Blue Fang to receive a quest marker for White Bearclaw. Defeat White Bearclaw, then eliminate the remaining enemies to free Vat’nholl Fortress and finish the quest.
Crossroads of Succession
Complete all 9 parts of the questline. For each sub-quest, select it to track the objective location and finish the required task.
Bloodied Path – Hunting Red
This sub-quest involves killing the Bloodwalker Crussis boss. Speak to the related quest NPC first to get a hint on where you need to go. If you are having a tough time with this boss, just follow my lead. All I had to do was wait for the boss to reveal the orb inside them. Then I used the grapple to yank at the orb, after which it fell to the ground. I used this time to hit the orb and weaken and defeat the boss easily.
Nest of White Feathers – Queen of the Skies
Track the quest by selecting it, after which you will be guided towards Karanda’s location. Use ranged attacks to bring the boss down and use swords like the Darkbringer or Fated Shadow to deal close-range damage.
Other Quests to Complete
Ridgehunter Tannery

To the north of Wayward Woods, you will find the Ridgehunter Tanner. Head over here and clear the area of bandits to complete the quest and unlock the village.
Soul Shepherd – Deep Rooted Sorrow
Under the Faction Quests, select Skoghorn Tribe and find the related questline. This is another boss fight-related quest, where you need to defeat White Horn, Shepherd of Souls, after speaking to the related NPC. This is a three-part boss fight, so you need to prepare yourself with consumables and the best weapons you have in your kit.
Forest Drowned in Mud – Concern of the Tannery
This quest belongs to the Longleaf Tribe faction. For the quest, pick up the bounty from the village with the quest marker on it to start tracking down the Mud Walker boss. This boss fight is similar to the Bloodwalker Crussis, so it shouldn’t take too much effort to bring it down.
After killing the Mud Walker, return to the village to speak to a marked NPC. Completing the conversation will give you the Rainstorm Necklace.
