ARC Raiders’ Flashpoint Update adds new quests to the game, one of which will have you escaping ARCs and Raiders inside the Traffic Tunnel and Pilgrim’s Peak to get Tian Wen’s Bastion Cell. Before we get into the details, I strongly recommend having the Looting Mk. 3 (Safekeeper) Augment for safekeeping the items you obtain in this quest. With that said, take a look at how to complete this Blue Gate quest easily.

Find Dodger’s Stash Inside the Traffic Tunnel
The “Outstanding Balance” quest’s first objective will have you searching for Dodger’s stash inside the Traffic Tunnel in ARC Raiders. However, the Traffic Tunnel is plagued by ARC threats, be it Fireflies or ground forces like Fireballs, so I recommend stocking up on weapons, ammunition, and grenades.
You need to reach the end of the Traffic Tunnel, so it’d be best to run past the ARCs or sneak by them. Head inside the Checkpoint POI into the Traffic Tunnel, then take the road to your left. Take cover from the ARCs by staying behind the destroyed vehicles in the Tunnel, and head to the marker that I have shown in the image above.
At the end of the Traffic Tunnel, specifically to the west of the location, you’ll find a crate. As you approach it, you’ll have the prompt to search Dodger’s Cache. Interact with it to complete the first “Outstanding Balance” objective in ARC Raiders.
Remember, you need to complete all objectives in a single run, so escape from the location as quickly as possible.
Search Dodger’s Deal Spot by the Pilgrim’s Peak Antenna
After leaving the Traffic Tunnel, make your way to the northern tip of Blue Gate at Pilgrim’s Peak, for the second objective for this quest. Head to the back of the Pilgrim’s Peak antenna, as shown in the image above, and use the zipline inside it. Don’t climb to the top; instead, use the zipline to head to the floor above.
The moment you notice the orange walls while using the zipline, jump and land there. It’s alright if you fall, so bring some healing items in case you take some damage. You’ll notice two orange generators the moment you walk into the room. Dodger’s deal spot will be located between these two, highlighted by the prompt to search Dodger’s Backpack.
Pick up Dodger’s Note and put it in your Safe Pocket. Then, head to the closest extraction point and extract to Speranza. Safe Pockets are extremely important, so ensure you have the Looting Mk. 3 (Safekeeper) Augment. If not, you need to be extra careful and look for an extraction point as soon as possible. The Warehouse Airshaft extraction point might just be your best bet.
Deliver Dodger’s Note to Tian Wen
With Dodger’s Note in your inventory, head back to Speranza as quickly as you can and have a quick chat with Tian Wen. This will complete the “Outstanding Balance” quest in ARC Raiders. The entire quest needs to be completed within one run, so if you get eliminated while progressing through the objectives, you need to do the quest all over again.
Given that it’s not a tough quest, it’s still frustrating to repeat the same objectives, so my advice would be not to engage with any ARC threats or Raiders if you see them on your run. If another Raider is at the same location and completing the same quest, let them be and wait for your turn. Shooting at them is a one-way ticket to Speranza without the items you need for this quest.

If you cannot interact with Dodger’s Backpack, try interacting with it from a different angle or position, such as crouching or aiming. If you still cannot interact with it, you might have to rerun the quest.
I interacted with the Backpack, but the quest is incomplete. What do I do?
Interacting with the bag spawns Dodger’s Note, which is essential for completing this questline in ARC Raiders. If you simply interacted with the bag without picking up Dodger’s Note, it won’t count, and you need to complete the quest all over again.
