How to Make Party Platters

You’ll unlock the recipe for Party Platters when Chef Dente asks you to prepare food for the party during the “Time to Party!” quest in Pokémon Pokopia. Creating these platters is incredibly simple: all you’ll need is one Iron Ingot to create one Party Platter. For the party, you’ll need five platters, so use 5 Iron Ingots to prepare them before the party begins.
Once you’re done, you’ll also need a table to set these platters on, so craft them beforehand. As soon as these fancy platters are ready to serve, place them in the Party Zone and cook five recipes of your liking. After you’re done cooking, walk up to the platters and open your inventory to place the cooked food on them.
It’s worth noting that putting four platters on one of the stone tables available in the Party Zone and two wide seats will create a surprise habitat, which can give you Swalot, a rare Pokémon. After placing the cooked food on the platters, let Chef Dente know that the meal is ready. Next, check with DJ Rotom to know whether you’ve increased the party’s mood to 100.
How to Get Iron Ingots

There are multiple ways to craft Iron Ingots in Pokémon Pokopia, and you’ll require only five of them to create the five Party Platters in the quest mentioned above. For Iron Ingots, you’ll need Iron Ore, so here are a few methods to obtain this material:
- Metal objects like iron blocks, broken streetlamps, and rusted metal can be used to obtain Iron Ore, which can be smelted into Iron Ingots. Use Rock Smash on these materials to instantly get Iron Ore.
- Use these Iron Ores via a Smelting Furnace, located inside the mine in Rocky Ridges. You can also craft a Smelting Furnace if you have the recipe unlocked. The Smelting Furnace requires Burn Specialty Pokémon to heat it when turning Iron Ores into Iron Ingots.
- The Volcanic Dream Island is also a great spot to farm Iron Ore. Give Drifloon an Arcanine Doll to travel to this location and start your farming mission.
- Lastly, you can convert non-burnable garbage into Iron Ore by giving it to a Pokémon with the Recycle Specialty. This process takes some time, so check back in with the Pokémon after a while to obtain the Iron Ore stacks.
With Iron Ingots, you can craft various recipes, rebuild the Rocky Ridge Pokémon Centre, decorate homes, create new habitats and much more in Pokémon Pokopia.
