How to Get the Bank Portal in Alchemy Factory
You craft a Bank Portal by utilizing 1x Portal Sigil and 5x Iron Ingots. Both items are purchased from the in-game store after unlocking the required items from the Research tree. Then, head over to the Build menu and select the Bank Portal under Raw Material Production.
How to Use the Bank Portal
After putting down the Bank Portal, place a Conveyor Belt near the entrance and exit. Place a storage box near the exit belt to collect your end result, then start feeding all your coins through the entrance conveyor belt.
This is a great way to convert coins into higher currency or vice versa. Bank Portals will convert the following currencies:
- 1000x copper coins = 1x silver coin
- 100x silver coins = 1x gold coin
- 100,000x copper coins = 1x gold coin
If you wish to convert to a particular currency, interact with the Bank Portal and select the Cogwheel icon on the menu. Select the type of currency you would like to have converted, then feed the required coins into the portal to convert them into the currency of your choice.

How do I convert copper coins to silver coins?
Using the Bank Portal, passing 1000x copper coins into the portal will give you 1x silver coin.
What does the Conversion Amount slider do?
You can use this slider to split the money that comes out of the Bank Portal. Instead of obtaining 1000x copper coins in bulk, you get to split them into stacks by pushing the slider of the Conversion Amount.
Can I reverse convert the currency value?
Yes – by interacting with the cogwheel icon in the Bank Portal menu, you get to pick the type of currency you wish to obtain. However, you need to feed the required amount of coins to achieve the desired result.
How do I stop the currency conversion?
